According to your equipment requirements, we can design roll processing drawings for you, including the selection of roll material, welding requirements of roll body, overall dimensions and accuracy of roll, special surface treatment and reasonable roll body structure. The engineer uses solid work to carry out mechanical analysis on the roller to ensure the normal operation of the roller in the corresponding production environment. After the design of roller processing drawing is completed, we will process and produce according to the drawing requirements.
